The highest grade Guatemalan coffees, which are a strictly hard bean, are approved for regional designation after tasting establishes that the coffee meets the flavor criteria established for each region by the Guatemalan coffee association. This regional designation includes, among others, Atitlan, Coban, and our selection, Antigua. This mountain grown coffee originates from farms and plantations surrounding the colonial city of Antigua.
