Natural Brazilian Coffee
The natural quality of this fine coffee stems from the location of the Santa Terezinha farm in the São Paulo, Mogiana region of Brazil. Only 4,000 bags (60kg) were produced this harvest and all prepared naturally. Once the green beans are hulled from the cherries, it is dried on the terrace and turned several times to avoid any fermentation. The Santa Terezinha estate is a model of social and environmental sustainability.
Brazil Natural coffee is medium roasted to accentuate its mild, smooth flavor.
